Rafiq Qadri
Innovator extraordinaire. As Director of Handicrafts for The Jammu & Kashmir government (2003-2012), Rafiq strategized and implemented the state budget for growth of the handicrafts industry and achieved 15% increase in production output in 9 years. Key business manager and expansion leader into multiple geographies, Rafiq is the real brain behind the business.
Farhat Yasmeen
Poet, author, singer, psychologist and home-maker. Farhat is the chief design strategist at Plush and leads multiple teams across designer networks in Kashmir to develop some of the industry’s most challenging designs. As a highly acclaimed carpet design strategist, Farhat represents the collective expertise of Kashmiri carpet designers to global art audiences.
Sravanth Rao
Sravanth leads the Supply Chain at Plush and is solely responsible for expanding the procurement and distribution networks in India. In a 5 year stint, Sravanth has strengthened the supply chain and developed turnkey distribution solutions in export line expansion to multiple geographies.
Anna Rego
Working with the largest designer and weaver networks from Kashmir necessitates a broad range socio-economic welfare program development for thousands of laborers who form a part of the Kashmir handicrafts industry. Anna leads the program strategy and policy implementation verticals with state and central governments to introduce measures that truly utilise the potential of handicrafts talent in the Kashmir valley.
