Our rugs are export quality rugs and are shipped to 30 countries for over 35 years. We are high-quality manufacturers with a vertically integrated setup that includes – yarn processing, weaving, finishing, packing all under one roof.

Product images displayed on the website are photoshoot images of the actual rug. There may be possible colour variations from monitor to monitor.

2. Handmade rugs are dispatched in 3-4 weeks. However, rugs are dispatched in 2nd or 3rd week in most cases.

No stock. We make rugs on order basis and this allows us to have a vast range for our customers to choose from.

We are an ecommerce company and currently do not have a physical presence. Our factory is located in Bhadohi and we have been exporting to US and EU countries for over 35 years.

1. Any design on the website Plush.in can be made as per your size requirement. Delivery time and cost will be confirmed as per design and size.
2. You can also visit Plushcustoms.com to make your own rug from selected patterns and using a color palette of 40 colors to mix and match. Incase you would like us to add a design/pattern on Plushcustoms.com; we can happily do that for you in 1 business day.

1. We currently do not have a return policy due to the bulky nature of the product. However, we do encourage our customers to purchase small swatch of their order to get a color and quality feel of their actual rug.
2. Incase you receive the rug from courier company in damaged condition then do not accept the package and let us know on +917065029928 promptly and we can process the refund or resend the goods.
